Inside the home, you’ll find everything you could need for a perfect Deep Creek retreat! The chef level kitchen is perfect for any culinary skill level and the large deck and screened porch are where you want to be to take in the views and relax at the start or end of the day. Just image the colors in the fall, the bright blue lake in the summer, and the snow-covered trees in the winter; So many different views to be enjoyed! The main living room is perfect for casual hanging out or movie nights with the large sectional and beautiful stone fireplace! If you’re looking for the perfect place to catch up on your favorite book, head upstairs to the kid’s space that can double as the coziest reading nook with another stunning view! The lower level is great for kids and kids at heart to hang out and game out on the air hockey table, pinball game, and Xbox. The heated floors on the lower level are also a huge bonus! No more cold feet in the winter or those chilly spring and fall mornings. When you are ready to finally get out of the house, head to the community pool for a swim or skip that and head right to the lake access and dock to hop on the lake and go exploring for the day! Enjoy soaking up the sun from the boat, go tubing, or stop at the state park for a hike. After all that, make sure to dock at the Creamery for a much-needed treat or stop at one of the many lakefront restaurants for a fantastic lunch or dinner. Unwind around the fire pit or either of the 2 propane fire tables telling stories and roasting marshmallows before retreating to the plush beds for a great night's sleep. More of a cold weather person? No worries! Windermere is just a short 5-min drive from the Wisp Resort where you can enjoy skiing, snowboarding, and tubing! Lake access parking and dock slip is located along Marsh Hill Rd. Please note that docks are only guaranteed from Memorial Day through Labor Day.

This home is located in the DC Highlands Community at Deep Creek Lake.
Access for up to 6 guests at a time at the DC Highlands Community Associations amenities, including use of the community pool, pavilion, restrooms, tennis/pickle-ball court, basketball court, and playground.
Community Outdoor Swimming Pool: Open Memorial Day Weekend - Labor Day, 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. daily.

This home comes with free access to the Community Aquatic Recreation Center (CARC)! This fitness and wellness complex, located in the central Deep Creek Lake area, offers a modern gym and a full-size indoor pool. The free CARC membership is available to all guests in the home for the duration of your stay, up to the home’s full occupancy.

This house is a gem. It was perfect for our family get-together. We had 3 generations gathering to celebrate a milestone birthday. The kitchen is amazing, beds are comfy, there are books and games to delight all ages. We enjoyed the deck and the beautiful view.

We enjoyed our stay— comfortable surroundings and nice accommodations. This home was clean and tidy as well and the basement had fun kid’s activities—easy access to all the activities we had planned and restaurants that we dined at.

We were unable to check in at 4:00– the couple was cleaning when we arrived. They were so excellent though, we didn’t mind waiting. We were very happy with the accommodations and surroundings—easy access to every activity and dinners that we had planned. The Arbnb was most comfortable and our family throughly enjoyed their stay. Fun basement for kids activities. Deep Creek Highland Road was a favorite of ours as well. We will be back for sure.
